WHAT DID WE DO

SEC Newgate was appointed by Locale, a leading occupier experience platform, to build its profile amongst existing target audiences as well as specific subsectors and establish its CEO Guy Windsor-Lewis as a thought leader in the Proptech sector.

We proposed an insight-led communications strategy which positioned Locale as a trusted innovator in occupier experience technology. This was focused on three main outputs:

  • Media relations, including news and digital content creation

  • Thought leadership, positioning Guy as an advocate of Proptech through opinion pieces and commentary

  • Awards, to showcase its expertise in the sector

Over the course of the strategic content campaign we successfully increased Locale’s share of voice and profile in sector press, helping the business to reach its key audiences with its messaging, and supporting its growth trajectory.
