Our NSIP and DCO work

If you’re working on a major infrastructure project in the UK – whether it’s energy, aviation or highways focused – chances are it’s a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) and will require a Development Consent Order (DCO).

Our 20-strong community engagement team has developed a formidable specialism in delivering successful consultation programmes to support NSIPs. We have advised on more than 30 Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, including:
