Ian helps organisations build, manage and protect their corporate reputations, providing strategic advice to help businesses communicate effectively to all stakeholder groups.

Ian has advised leading global organisations across a range of sectors including travel & hospitality, transport & infrastructure, energy, technology, retail, financial and professional services.

He is particularly passionate about helping business leaders to tell their stories; and supporting organisations to communicate with, engage and inspire their employees. He also enjoys working with sustainable businesses that provide commercial solutions to environmental and social challenges; and helping businesses on the path to sustainability to tell their stories responsibly, authentically, and creatively.

Experienced in crisis communications, he has helped clients prepare for and negotiate a wide range of high-profile reputational threats including terrorist attacks, prisoner escapes, major health & safety breaches, cyber-attacks and environmental damage incidents.

Based in Manchester, Ian has spent almost two decades in global communications consultancies, both in London and the North-West.
