SEC Newgate appointed on brand and visioning brief for Ebbsfleet Central

SEC Newgate UK, has won a major brand and visioning brief for Ebbsfleet Central, a key development within the Ebbsfleet Garden City masterplan delivering up to 15,000 homes and a new Garden City in north Kent.

Awarded by Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC), the public body sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the contract will see the consultancy work in collaboration with leading London design agency, The Yard Creative, and visionary architects and urbanists, Allies and Morrison. The prestigious, multi-disciplinary project aims to shape the identity and vision for Ebbsfleet Central in partnership with EDC and its stakeholders, with the development of a distinctive, insight-led brand and communications strategy. 

Ebbsfleet Central is set to become the heart of Ebbsfleet Garden City, capitalising on its connectivity to deliver high-quality, flexible workspace, and creating a dynamic and innovative sub-regional business hub. This ambitious development will integrate well-designed public realm and green spaces, vibrant urban neighbourhoods, and amenities that support a healthy, happy lifestyle.
